The corners are reinforced with extra Polytex shade cloth as well as nylon seat belt webbing. A stainless steel d-ring is then sewn onto each corner. The D-ring in conjunction with the proper hardware allows you to couple your shade sail to just about any fixing point. In addition to reinforced corners and stainless steel d-rings, all of our rectangle shade sails also come with a nylon webbing sewn along the corner. This webbing has a 5000 lb bursting strength and allows you easily tension your shade sail when you put it up. If the sail needs to be removed, the webbing stays in tact versus steel cable that always needs to be re installed.
Our pre made rectangle shade sails are also made with UV treated awning thread to ensure that your shade sails will last for many years to come. We also only use 10-year UV treated Polytex shade fabric which is available in a variety of colors.
